Mr.Dharmendra Badole ,born on 10th
December 1969 in Balakwada village
of Khagone District of Madhya Pradesh. He is a farmer and is doing organic farming
since year
1996 under control of bioRe India . He has two daughters.
Mr. Rajeev Baruah,
holds a
degree in Social Anthropology from the Delhi School of Economics. He worked 10 years for a tea plantation company
in
Assam
. He then took charge of the bioRe biodynamic cotton project.
He has since
visited a number of workshops and conferences given by renowned experts in biodynamic
agriculture. Mr. Baruah is the Managing Director of bioRe India, having the overall
responsibility of the company and its operations. He also takes charge of finance.
Mr.Surendra singh , born on 19th June 1958 in
Amalatha village of Khagone District. He is a farmer and is doing organic farming
since year – 1994 , in partnership of bioRe India .
He has one son and one daughter.
Mr.Rajagopal PV , is a social activist. He heads a large social activist group called " Ekta Parishad " , Which is active
all over the India . It is essentially focusing on the land right issue of 'Aadivashi'(Tribal)
farmers .
He is also the Vice President of the 'Gandhi Peace Foundation' .
Mr. Patrick Hohmann, is a Swiss textile engineer and a businessman with 30 years experience in cotton yarn trading.
He is a successful entrepreneur and an acknowledged pioneer in sustainability. Mr. Hohmann is
the initiator of the bioRe biodynamic cotton project
and of the bioRe chain. He is the Managing Director
of Remei AG, a leading company for the
marketing of ecological-social cotton textiles. Remei is the networking partner
of this venture, nurturing the relationship with customers. Mr. Hohmann observes
that sustainable social progress can only take place if consistent improvements
are made in the agriculture.
He has materialized his vision of a partnerships-based
chain linking farmers to the end consumers. Mr. Hohmann
serves on the board of Directors as President . He is also the President
of 'bioRe Foundation , Switzerland' .
